If any of you are 'The Late Show with David Letterman' fans, good news is U2 are booked to perform on the show for an entire week, starting Monday March 2nd.   We get our Letterman shows 2 days behind, so first one up should be Wednesday March 4th.

Late Show screens in New Zealand nightly on PRIME and is repeated the following day around 3.30pm.

Bring it on!   :D  :(      :)

Watch the right hand screen flashes, #4 you'll see U2 pop up advertising their week long spot on Letterman.   I'll have read about it via the Wahoo so will know when their time slot is on the show.

Just read this on Stuff.

Can't wait, wonder what songs they'll perform, and whether they'll add a couple of oldies in.

Tonight's the night and Breathe, is the first song U2 perform on their week long stint on David Letterman.  They perform at the end of the show but watch the entire show and you will see the guys helping to shovel snow on 53rd St.   They had a snow storm in New York on Monday.   Also  The Timaru Herald gets a mention in 'Small Town News'!

Yes he looked like a real navvy, he stopped shovelling, leant on it, crossed his leg and took a puff, I think that's what Letterman was referring to afterwards.  Did you see the U2 Top Ten List - The Top Ten Things U2 Has Learnt Over The Years - quare funny - how Edge kept his face straight - "I suck at Guitar Hero" and "Cool Name: The Edge, Uncool Name: Sting, I MEAN, THE ITCH" and Larry, "Sometimes when we shout, ARE YOU READY TO ROCK? I don't care if you're ready to rock"!
