So if you spent $350 on the Red Zone tickets (which you must pick up at the venue) you can't get free transport to the gig...
Currently having a conversation with Live Nation Australia and New Zealand about this - http://www.facebook..../LiveNationOzNz - just scroll down the Neil Diamond comments...
Where is the boxoffice in Auckland where you can pick up your tickets the day before the show?

I would have thought if showed the bus/train the email with all the details to pick up your redzone tickets you should be fine. Hopefully Live Nation will get this sorted.

Best to ring up Ticketmaster - they may even have ticket offices set up at Mt Smart.
There is a Ticketek office at Sky City should be able to pick them up there. Its upstairs at the SkyCity Theatre.
Ok thanks, I'll see if Ticketek can confirm/advice where to pick up tickets before the first show
Just in case anyone else is looking for this info - Ticketek confirmed:
Sky City is the only Box Office in Auckland where tickets can be collected prior to the event.
